Located almost in the very center of Hokkaido, in Nakafurano, Sorachi District, the café attached to the winery “Domaine Raison” is preparing for a fresh start under the new food and drink concept “Taberasaru.”
“Taberasaru” comes from the Hokkaido dialect word “taberasaru,” meaning “to end up eating.” It is used with the nuance of “can’t help eating it because it’s so delicious.”
Starting in April 2026, Taberasaru will open with the hope of providing an opportunity for many visitors to Furano—from within Furano and across Hokkaido, as well as from all over Japan and abroad—to discover Furano through food.

[Proposal for Outdoor Private Lunch Plan]
In addition to group lunches, a reservation-only private lunch plan for groups of around 10 people is also available.
This outdoor plan makes the most of Furano’s nature and food experiences, held at Ureshipa Furano Base Camp, where the Ureshipa fields are located, or at other venues arranged for each program.
It is ideal for small-group tours, VIP arrangements, long-stay programs, and itineraries that wish to incorporate hands-on experiences.

How to Make a Reservation
Reservations and inquiries are basically accepted by email. Please fill in the required information in the “Inquiry / Reservation Form” below and send it. If there are any reservation documents, they can also be uploaded via the form below.
After checking the email, a staff member will reply.
For urgent matters, please call the Urespa Furano main number at 090-6261-9668. Please note that it may not be possible to answer the phone during the day while tours are in progress, but if there is a missed call, a staff member will return the call.
Payment methods may vary depending on the situation, so please inquire for details.
Cancellation Policy
- Please contact as soon as any changes or cancellations are known. For provisional reservations, the provisional reservation period is up to 90 days before the date of use. Please note that if the deadline passes, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- A minimum guarantee of 10 participants is required. Even if the final number of participants is reduced to fewer than 10 after confirmation, the fee for 10 participants will be charged. Understanding is appreciated.
- A cancellation fee will be charged from 10 days before the date of use. For details, please refer to the “User Guide / Frequently Asked Questions” below.
Requests to Tour Conductors and Drivers
- Please refrain from bringing in outside food and drinks. In special cases such as baby food, be sure to confirm in advance.
- On the day of your visit, be sure to inform the staff of the route for that day.
- Upon arrival at any stopover location before entering the restaurant, please be sure to inform the staff of your departure time.
- If no contact is made and the scheduled arrival time is delayed or moved forward, no complaints arising from this will be accepted.
- In particular, if the scheduled time is significantly exceeded without any prior notice, meal service may have to be refused for food poisoning prevention reasons. In such cases, the full fee of [unit price×number of people] will still be charged.
- Please be sure to provide in advance the mobile phone numbers of the tour conductor and/or organizer who can be contacted on the day.

Important Notes for Travel Agencies and Group Lunch Use
What number constitutes a group?
We accept lunch reservations for groups of 10 to 40 people. For groups larger than 40 or smaller than 10, we can make proposals according to your usage requirements. Please contact us for details.
What is included in the group lunch menu?
- The main dishes consist primarily of hamburger steak or zangi (fried chicken) using chicken, pork, or beef. Depending on supply conditions, we may use ingredients from overseas, and menu contents may change without notice. Please understand this in advance.
- We use seasonal ingredients. Depending on the season, certain ingredients may not be available. Please understand this in advance.
How do I make a reservation?
- Please apply using the inquiry/reservation form below and send us your application details, reservation inquiry form, etc.
- Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance. Depending on the situation, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Please consult with us.
- We require a minimum guarantee of 10 people's fees.
What about cancellation fees and changes in numbers?
- The provisional reservation deadline is 90 days before the date of use.
- If the number of people changes to fewer than 10, we will charge the minimum guarantee fee for 10 people. Please understand this policy.
- Cancellation fees after reservation confirmation: 10 days before use date/50%, 3 days before use date/80%, previous day/same day or no contact/100%
- Please contact us as soon as you know about cancellations or changes in numbers.
What about changes or cancellations due to natural disasters, flight delays, etc.?
- As long as customers are able to travel, we will adjust schedules and times to the maximum extent possible to accommodate your use.
- In cases of national emergencies or natural disasters that make local reception difficult, we will handle cancellations without any charge.
- If a natural disaster occurs within Japan but local reception is still possible, and the customer cancels the tour and meal based on their own judgment, regular cancellation fees will apply.
- If customers are unable to travel due to national emergencies or natural disasters at the departure location, we will discuss and determine cancellation fees accordingly.
What are the payment methods?
- After the number of people is confirmed, please transfer payment for 10 people to our designated bank account. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on-site or by invoice billing.
However, depending on usage conditions and circumstances, payment methods other than those mentioned above may be possible, so please consult with us in advance.
Do you accommodate allergies, halal, vegetarian, etc.?
Basically, we do not provide special accommodations for allergies, halal, vegetarian, etc. Depending on the timing and situation, we may be able to accommodate such requests, so please inquire if you have these needs.
Is wheelchair access available?
There is a ramp in front of the building entrance for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom inside the facility. The group lunch venue is planned for the second floor of the establishment. If you have people who need support, please consult with us in advance.
