Food & Drink Taberasaru Furano is scheduled to open at the end of April 2026, and every day our team is pouring passion into creating a menu that will make you say, “I just have to eat this!” From dishes to savor slowly with a glass of wine to light bites you can enjoy one-handed between sightseeing or work, we are experimenting with a wide range of ideas for many different moments.

The Taberasaru team is constantly testing and tasting, committed to balancing “the essence of Furano” with “a slightly special bite.” We are carefully refining each recipe, almost like meditation, so that on opening day we can proudly present a lineup to all of you. Please look forward to the finished menu.

The menu will feature appetizers that highlight local ingredients, mains thoughtfully crafted to pair with wine, and casual finger foods that are easy to nibble on. Whether you drop by while traveling or visit as a local, we hope you will enjoy your own relaxed, delicious “taberasaru” time with us.
